Deep Tissue Massage

A focused treatment designed to relieve chronic muscle tension and areas of persistent tightness. Using slow, firm pressure and targeted techniques, this massage works into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release tension, improve circulation, and restore mobility.

Neuromuscular techniques may be used to address specific problem areas, and cupping can be incorporated where appropriate to assist with releasing tight fascia and improving movement.

Hot Stone Massage

A deeply restorative treatment where smooth heated stones are placed on the body’s energy centres and used in flowing massage strokes to release tension, relax muscles, and improve circulation. The gentle warmth of the stones allows the muscles to soften more quickly, helping the therapist work deeper into areas of tightness while maintaining a soothing and calming experience.

This treatment helps ease muscle stiffness, reduce stress, and promote overall relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, balanced, and renewed.

This treatment focuses on relieving tension in the back, hips, and legs while promoting circulation and relaxation. Specialised positioning ensures comfort and safety throughout the session, and the treatment is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Sports Massage & Cupping

A targeted treatment designed to relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from physical activity. Using deeper pressure and focused techniques, sports massage works into the muscles to release tightness, improve circulation, and restore movement.

Cupping therapy may be incorporated during the treatment to help lift and release tight fascia, increase blood flow, and reduce muscle stiffness. This combination can be particularly beneficial for areas of chronic tension or restricted movement.

This treatment is ideal for those involved in regular physical activity, during periods of intense training, or to support recovery both pre- and post-competition.

Testimonies

"Running long distance ultras had left me with ongoing injuries that had built up over time. Bridgette worked on my IT bands, sacrum and hip flexors using myofascial release and deep tissue massage, and the difference has been remarkable. My body has never been in better condition." — Ultra running client

"My body was completely seized up and I was experiencing chronic pain in my lower right back and neck. Bridgette identified it could be my psoas muscle and worked on stretching, massage and cupping through my hip flexors. The tension and pain I had has decreased immensely, and I have come ahead leaps and bounds since starting treatment." — Anna

"A skewed pelvis was causing me pinched nerves, painful quads and a lower back that made walking extremely painful. Bridgette identified the postural imbalance immediately and began isolating and releasing the muscles causing the problem. I now have significantly less pain and can walk normally after each session." — Chizelle

"After a serious accident I was still in a lot of pain and could barely use my arm. Referred to Bridgette by my physio, the cupping treatment brought out bruising from my broken shoulder and took the pain away enough that I could return to work. I have been a regular monthly client ever since." — Paul

"Living with Parkinson's Disease had left me shuffling when I walked and stooping badly. Since starting regular massages with Bridgette I now walk without shuffling and stand tall again. People comment on how much better I look, and I have recommended her to our Parkinson's Support Group." — Wayne
